Shell-shaped box. Enamel on copper with gilt-metal mounts. The exterior is decorated with radiating ribs imitating a scallop shell, with floral motifs added on one side. The interior is painted in polychrome with a boar-hunting scene, including mounted and foot hunters with dogs.
